What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Enter your address in the cart to get shipping charges and methods. We have account with DHL, UPS and Aramex. Also we arrange to send air cargo through direct airlines. we will contact customer before dispatch. Or please contact us through our email.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

It takes 4-7 days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 5 days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:

  • If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
  • Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc.
  • Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once shipped, customer receives E-mail on registered e-mail id containing courier company name and tracking number.
Or maybe you can simply go to the “Track your order” option available on our website.

How Do I Place an Order?

  1. Login
  2. Select the products and add to the cart.
  3. Click checkout in the cart after checking products.
  4. Then enter billing address and shipping address
  5. then select shipping method and charges
  6. select payment method.
  7. click on terms and conditions and proceed for the payment.
  8. Once payment done successfully, you will get a confirmation mail.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

It is mandatory to register and create your account to place order. so that you can track and contact us with your details for any inquiry in future.

Is there any additional charges need to pay while import?

Yes there is import duty and clearing charges applicable for all the imported items as per the destination country import policy.

(Not applicable For UAE customer)

Can I get refund if the import clearance not done and item retuned?

However we will support for your import clearance by providing required and available documents. Still we suggest customer to check their country import policy for the medical products.

How can I get service support?

We are appointing service support people all over the world. We will arrange for any kind of Service support, Installation and application support as early as possible. Is that service support chargeable?

If it is under warranty, Service support is free. If it is out of warranty service charge is applicable according to the device cost and work. It depends on the country to provide physical support. But we will ensure to provide online support.

How will I get replacement if the product damaged while delivery?

You can contact us through whatsapp +971582037474 or send mail to info@quicklab.ae with images of damage and order number. Once our team evaluate and approved, we will send the replacement

How to return the products?

If the order placed by mistake or ordered wrong items, You can return the products by sending mail to info@quicklab.ae and once our team approved and we will arrange for return shipment. Customer need to pack as it received and stick the return invoice or documents received from our team. Also the refund will be processed once the item returned to our ware house. We will deduct both outward and inward shipping charges from the amount paid and balance will be refunded to you.
